"Everyone is busy these days," says Cernis, a hardened Web developer and former gadget junkie. "Many people try to solve productivity issues with complex systems and handheld devices like PDAs and Blackberries." "These complex systems and gadgets only add to stress levels," Cernis reported. "Technology often increases the problem of being productive. It doesn't always solve it."
